Patty,
I have also been waiting for the developers to break ground. I have spoken with them recently and apparently the developers were unable to obtain construction financing so now the land for the project is listed for sale. So I do not see anything happening on this property for some time. I have it listed on my website but will take it down after I visit with Mrs. Cline the developers wife.
