Newport Dunes Golf and Beach announce sales program

Craig Mallard, developer of Newport Dunes Golf and Beach Club, announced new incentives for buyers at the development. The first 10 new lot buyers will receive Free Newport Dunes Membership for Life, 2 sets of custom Golf clubs from Titleist or Cobra, and Las Palmas Beach Club - $5000 initiation fee waived. Buyer and spouse receive full golf club membership for life - Children of members under the age of 18 also receive free golf. Cart fees are not included and the membership is not transferrable.
Mr. Mallard hosted the Port Aransas area Realtors at Trout Street Restaurant to announce the new financing for the development and answer questions about the project. Several builders are in discussions with Mr. Millard to begin a building program in late spring. Lot prices start at $240,000.
The Newport Dunes Golf Course has been receiving great reviews and will be featured in Links Magazine in the next issue.
