Cinnamon Shore has just announced groundbreaking on the first Town Center Residence Building will start September 2009.  Estimated completion date is April or May, 2010.  Fourteen Town Residences - 8 (1BR / 1 BA units) and Six (2BR / 2BA units) - are available for reservation.  Introductory price range is $200K - $300K.  Reservations are on first come, first serve basis.  Reservation deposit is $5,000 with 10% down payment required at contract signing.
