The 2019 real estate year is wrapping up! The Port Aransas market report indicates the median home price has increased by 28.7% from last year, at $460,000. Active listings are up 16.6%, which is common with the holiday season. Days on market at 137 which is 74 days more than November 2018. Homes priced from $400K - $499K and the $500K-$599K account for half of closed sales in November 2019.
