Claudia Butler

I was born in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC, and raised in the historic Shenandoah Valley near Winchester, VA. I moved to South Texas in 2010 and have been living on North Padre Island since 2013 with my husband and 2 small boys. Nothing is better than being part of a friendly community that loves fishing, boating, and spending time at the beach. I've been working in Real Estate in South Texas since 2016. My passion and knowledge revolve around North Padre and Port A. You could say real estate is in my blood. I grew up breathing Real Estate. My grandmother on my father's side was a well-known, long-time broker in Washington DC, and because she could speak several languages was a go-to person for countries looking for an embassy location. Also my mother, aunt, uncle, and a cousin have all been involved in real estate for many years. And my father was a custom home builder in Virginia before moving to Corpus Christi. From them I learned many valuable lessons: First and foremost, the importance of integrity, which means being up front with buyers and sellers, understanding and meeting their needs, and being easily accessible to answer their questions--all with the goal of securing the best outcome possible for all concerned. I keep up to date with todays social media platforms and marketing as well as what is happening in our community.
