Active listings are up 13.3%, with a total of 205 listings for the month of December, down only slightly from November (225.) Homes priced in the $500K - $749,999K price take the lead as the largest group of homes on the market (21.1%) compared to November when 400K-499K and 500K-749K were equally 25% of the market’s price distribution. Days on market dropped from 137 days to 121 days from November to December 2019.
