Another great month to end the record year of 2020. While we are all glad 2020 has come and gone, we did have a record year in sales that should not go unnoticed.
The Corpus Christi Association of Realtors produced the Housing Report for December 2020 and Closed Sales were up 15.8% with 44 closed sales in December 2020. The Median Price was $410,000 up 6.8% compared to December 2019.

The average days on market for December 2020 was 97 days, a little higher as we had several holidays occur this month.
